@everyone Effective immediately The Ion joins Bayland Community Center and Improving Houston as a meetup venue. December 17, 2025 will be our first meetup! All this information comes from the public Discord REST API. So we would hope no one would care. This is only precautionary. The idea here is to

1. Show more content on the website.
2. To reward active users.
3. To provide more insight into the Discord activity which I hope gets more people to actually join us here too. 😉

I would like to soon feature the last 10 people that messaged, the 10 most active people, the 10 newest people with each new publication of the website. I do not intend to "annouce" every iteration of the website. If you have privacy concerns about the publicly available data in the Discord REST API (which is only what other people on the server already have access to) then please express that concern in <#497217746195578892> so we can evaluate it.

And if you want a job or you're looking to establish a more public presence come out twice to HOSS and get a free profile showing off that you're an active member of the community.
