Harris County Precinct 4 operates community centers and facilities throughout northwest Harris County that provide meeting spaces for community organizations. With regard to the Houston Open Source Society, HCP4 operates the Bayland Community Center where we host multiple events every month. They stand out amongst other government agencies that operate community centers because of their ease of reservation and their late hours. HCP4s support of local groups helps foster community engagement and education.
